About the role
At Bruegger’s, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 years! Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities set us apart from the competition. As a Team Member, you’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. You’ll act as a true brand ambassador, creating a positive guest experience by maintaining food and beverage quality and keeping a safe, clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to create a positive experience
- Promote the company as a brand ambassador
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays as business dictates
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made)
Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay

Schedule
Stores close at 2pm, so you will never work past 3 PM. Hours vary and may include early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays.
