At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in, creating a positive experience as true brand ambassadors. Team Members take pride in providing excellent guest service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to create a positive experience
- Promote the company as a brand ambassador
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays as business dictates
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
Flexible schedule with shifts ending by 3pm. Stores close at 2pm, so no evenings or nights. Early morning shifts may start as early as 3am, and weekend availability is required.
