About the Role
We are Team PRIDE! We are a franchise of 22 stores in Pennsylvania, dedicated to growing our team and expanding our store count. Our founder started as a delivery driver in 1998 and is now the owner of 22 locations. We offer various roles including CSR, Pizza Maker, Shift Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. As we grow, we seek to bring on more talented individuals to our team.
Job Description
You are responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set a positive example and adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Pay Rates/Ladder of Growth
- Drivers: $8-$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips, average in total $15-$25 per hour)
- Customer service reps: $12
- Pizza makers: $13
- Opening or closing shift managers: $14
- Opening or closing managers: $15 (open availability ability mandatory)
- Assistant manager: $16 (open availability ability mandatory)
- General Manager in training: $17 (salary, open availability ability mandatory)
