We are Team PRIDE! We are a growing franchise of 22 stores in Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality pizza. Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example for your team and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay rates vary based on position:

• Drivers: $8-$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips)
• Customer service reps: $12
• Pizza makers: $13
• Opening or closing shift managers: $14
• Opening or closing managers: $15 (open availability ability mandatory)
• Assistant manager: $16 (open availability ability mandatory)
• General Manager in training: $17 (salary, open availability ability mandatory)
