We are Team PRIDE! We are a franchise of 22 stores in Pennsylvania, looking to grow our teams and store count. Our founder started as a delivery driver in 1998 and is now the owner/leader of 22 locations. We offer various positions including CSR, Pizza Maker, Shift Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. As we grow, we seek to expand our team with talented individuals.

Job Description
You are responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set a positive example and adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Pay Rates/Ladder of Growth
- Drivers - $8-$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily, average in total $15-$25 per hour)
- Customer service reps - $12
- Pizza makers - $13
- Opening or closing shift managers - $14
- Opening or closing managers - $15 (open availability ability mandatory)
- Assistant manager - $16 (open availability ability mandatory)
- General Manager in training - $17 (salary, open availability ability mandatory)
