We are Team PRIDE, a franchise with 22 stores across Pennsylvania. We are growing our teams and store count, offering opportunities for you to grow with us. Our owner started as a delivery driver in 1998 and is now the leader of 22 locations. We offer a variety of positions, from CSR and Pizza Maker to Shift Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. We are a fun, fast-paced, and energetic company that values integrity, prioritizes our people, and takes great care of our customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Ensure your crew adheres to all policies and procedures.

Pay
- Drivers: $8-$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily; average total $15-$25 per hour).
- Customer Service Reps: $12 per hour.
- Pizza Makers: $13 per hour.
- Opening or Closing Shift Managers: $14 per hour (only available for one or the other).
- Opening or Closing Managers: $15 per hour (ability to do either; open availability mandatory).
- Assistant Manager: $16 per hour (open availability mandatory).
- General Manager in Training: $17 per hour (salary; open availability mandatory).
