About the role

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a dynamic, Fast Casual restaurant company with over 100 shops, currently sourcing for a Team Member to be based in one of their Las Vegas corporate shops. This role involves sharing their passion for sandwiches and ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.
• Provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service.
• Customer Service Skills: Speak clearly, listen attentively, maintain a friendly demeanor, and be patient.
• Basic Mathematics: Handle money for customers and manage inventory.
• Time Management Skills: Manage tasks efficiently to avoid product waste, order errors, and accidents.
• Flexibility: Work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty.
