PURPOSE OF POSITION
Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time: Accomplishing the Capriotti’s mission begins and ends with you. You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Customer Service Skills: Speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner, and patience
- Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines
- Basic Mathematics: Add and subtract quickly
- Time Management Skills: Avoid burning product, order errors, and accidents
- Stamina: Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility: Work nights, weekends, and extended hours
- Teamwork: Work with your team to create a great experience for our customers
- Must adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes
- Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty

COMPENSATION
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
About the Role
Capriotti's is an independent franchisee of Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Inc. Founded in 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware by siblings Lois and Alan Margolet, Capriotti’s was born from a desire to create something unique while honoring family heritage. To this day the whole roast turkeys, quality meats & cheeses, and fresh rolls and produce continue to impress our patrons and earn awards across the country.
