You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.

Team Member Responsibilities

• Customer Service Skills: Speaking directly to the customer with good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner, and patience.
• Basic Mathematics: Handling money for customers and taking stock of supplies, adding and subtracting quickly.
• Time Management Skills: Managing your time effectively to avoid burning product, order errors, and accidents.
• Flexibility: Being available to work nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Teamwork: Working with your team to create a great experience for our customers.

Team Member Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• A flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
• At least 16 years of age.
