About the role

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a dynamic, Fast Casual restaurant company with over 100 shops, currently sourcing for a Team Member to be based in one of their Las Vegas corporate shops. This role involves sharing the passion of making sandwiches and ensuring that all food is served with uncompromising standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Skills: Speaking directly to customers, demonstrating good listening, speaking, and communication skills, and maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Basic Mathematics: Handling money for customers and managing inventory with accuracy.
• Time Management Skills: Managing tasks efficiently to avoid product waste, order errors, and accidents.
• Flexibility: Being available to work nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with the team to create a positive customer experience and maintain a supportive work environment.
• Adherence to Food Quality Standards: Completing all training programs assigned to the specific duty and adhering to Capriotti’s high standards of food quality and recipes.
