Team Member

About the role

We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our stores close at 2pm, allowing you to attend important events like dance recitals and concerts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they enter the store.
• Create a positive guest experience by promoting the company.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Keep the store environment safe and clean.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Pay

$14.00 - $21.00 per hour, starting pay subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, closing at 2pm, no evenings or nights.
