Team Member

About the role

We are seeking Team Members who are passionate about serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese. Our stores close at 2pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they enter the store.
• Create a positive guest experience by promoting the company and its values.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and move intermittently during working hours.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay

$11.00 - $17.60 per hour, starting pay subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

Schedule

No evenings or nights, flexible schedule with closing at 2pm.
