Responsibilities

• Have fun and make being at Brassica something guests look forward to.
• Create delicious food alongside a high-energy team.
• Use the finest ingredients, including those from over twenty Ohio producers.
• Prepare our signature sandwiches and salads from scratch.
• Show up on time (every time) and act confidently to ensure guests love their experience.
• Accurately follow our best known methods, including processes for interacting with guests, serving, cleaning, and preparing food and beverages.
• Move quickly, stand for six to eight hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Deliberate over menu choices with guests when unique situations arise.

• Passionate about cooking from scratch and meticulous about quality.
