Get paid to scoop joy (and sprinkles)! We're looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members who love working with people and bringing good energy to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats
• Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as part of a team to keep energy high during busy shifts
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and strong people skills
• Reliability and punctuality—show up ready to work
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• A team-first mindset (leadership interest is a plus, but not required)
