About the role

We are looking for detail-oriented team members to join our Quality & Tagging and Studio teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every item meets our standards before it’s listed for sale.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Tagging: Inspect clothing to identify size, brand, material, gender, and category. Create a detailed "fashion biography" for each garment to ensure buyers know exactly what to expect.
• Studio: Style clothing on mannequins and photograph items using our app to create clean, consistent images that help buyers feel confident in their purchases.

Requirements

• Stand and move for your entire shift while inspecting, hanging, folding, and photographing secondhand clothing.
• Bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and push or pull racks weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Adapt to changing processes and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Use tablets, scanners, apps, and other tech tools with confidence.
• Work closely with your team in a collaborative, retail-like or warehouse-like setting.
• Maintain a positive attitude, work quickly and accurately, and take pride in ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
• Basic English literacy skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
