Team Member 3rd Shift Monday's & Tuesday's (Extra #1.50 when working 10pm-6am)

Schedule

Overnight shifts required, including weekdays and weekends. Part‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service.
• Run the register and handle cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and promote products.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, working both inside and outside the store.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and offer quick suggestions.

Requirements

• Retail and customer‑service experience (sales associate or cashiering preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.
• Strong selling skills, excellent customer care, and clear communication.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset to achieve daily goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required.
• May need to climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or handle signage.

Pay

Hiring range: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour.
