Team Member 3rd Shift FT (Extra $1.50 when working 10pm-6am with weekend availability)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register.
• Cashier duties and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance by working around the store (inside and out).
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team.
• Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communicate in a friendly manner and work at a quick pace while having fun.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required.
• May require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs.

Pay

Hiring range: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time; overnight shifts required, including weekdays and weekends.
