About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking Team Members to assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and receive orders.
• Process payments and respond appropriately to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices, using value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Be prompt and regularly attend assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Personable, results-oriented self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years, 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state-federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service work experience helpful.
