Team Member 2pm Shift (With weekend availability)

About the role

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment where you can grow your career. This is a part-time position with required availability for evenings (weekdays and weekends) at our Centennial, Colorado location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering duties
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with our food program
• Maintain high standards for store appearance by working in various areas (inside and outside the store)
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs

Pay

$17.00 to $17.50 per hour
