Team Member 2nd/3rd Shift (Extra $1.50 when working 10pm-6am with weekend availability)

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment where you can grow your career. This full-time role offers flexible schedules, including evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, and handle cashiering duties
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with our food program
• Maintain store appearance by working in various areas inside and outside the store
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Accomplish daily tasks and goals as part of a team

Skills & Qualifications

• Selling products to customers

• Problem-solving and quick thinking
• Retail and customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Pay

Hiring range: $19.29 to $19.79 per hour
