Team Member 1st/2nd Shifts (With weekend availability)

Location: 1915 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79902

Shift Availability: Days and Evenings (Part‑time)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, perform cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, working both inside and outside the store.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun, energetic team.

Requirements

• Strong selling ability and excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation.
• Ability to work quickly while having fun.
• Team player focused on daily goals.
• Problem‑solving mindset and quick thinking.
• Retail or customer‑service experience (sales associate or cashiering preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hand‑eye coordination; may require climbing a ladder.
