Team Medical Director
About the role
Provide medical leadership for the Medical Team. Take responsibility, collaborating with other senior managers, physicians, and nursing leaders for establishing and meeting team productivity goals.
Participates in orientation and training of new providers. Supervise providers on the team. Participate in developing goals and priorities, collaborating with other members of the leadership team, senior managers and other physician and nursing leaders. Participate in writing policies/procedures relevant to the Medical Team, as needed.

Requirements
Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Board Certified, with Massachusetts license.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Experience in medical administration, particularly evaluation and supervision of licensed medical providers and other clinical staff preferred.
Demonstrated past leadership ability.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Continuous Quality Improvement preferred.
Experience with and commitment to working with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
