Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability
• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction
• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities
• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success
• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member
• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally
• Passion for mentoring people and for the creator space (candidates from adjacent backgrounds are encouraged to apply)
