Team Manager / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) – JWICS Support – Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Join OM Group’s mission-focused team at Redstone Arsenal and help sustain and modernize the secure intelligence systems that support Army leaders worldwide. The Team Manager / ISSO leads contract performance while fulfilling ISSO responsibilities, overseeing deliverables, and helping assigned JWICS systems achieve and maintain Authority to Operate. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contractor liaison to the Government Program Manager, COR, and ISSMDevelop and execute the Program Management Plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality controlsCoordinate staffing, resources, subcontractors, and cross-location supportManage program financial performance, risks, corrective actions, and performance reportingEnsure contract deliverables are accurate and submitted on timePrepare RMF authorization packages, manage eMASS workflows, and coordinate assessment and authorization activitiesSupport continuous monitoring, STIG remediation, COMSEC, and cybersecurity compliance Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex DoD IT programs of similar size, scope, and complexity4+ years of direct, hands-on ISSO experience, including RMF authorization packages, eMASS, assessment and authorization, and STIG remediationBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCurrent industry-standard certifications relevant to assigned duties that meet the PWS’s DoD 8570/8140 requirements for the assigned rolePMP or another current, industry-recognized program management certification preferredExperience with budget oversight, staff management, and subcontractor coordinationDemonstrated mastery of eMASS, ACAS/Nessus, and SCAP, plus hands-on network and systems administration, troubleshooting, COMSEC, and secure-environment customer supportActive Top Secret/SCI clearance; must maintain clearance throughout employment on the contractU.S. citizenshipAbility to work onsite full time at HQ AMC, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL, and travel as requiredAbility to work an eight-hour schedule Monday–Friday aligned with customer operating hours and support approved mission needs outside normal duty hoursCONTINGENT UPON AWARDCompensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $135,000 to $160,000 OM Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
