Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyze current recruitment processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Bigship Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices by ensuring a diverse talent pool and implementing strategies to eliminate bias.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Leverage HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new tools and technologies as appropriate.
