Team Leader Parking Shuttle Services
Role Summary
Maintains a team of parking and shuttle service ambassadors. The team leader is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a safe, ample, and unobstructed traffic and parking environment for our patients, visitors, and employees. Handles all complaints of visitors, patients, and staff with regards to shuttle, traffic and parking; and provides shuttle service. Oversees assigned employee day-to-day scheduling of both staff and the shuttle services provided, operations, programs, and activities; coaches and counsels staff as needed consistent with Department Manager’s direction.
Qualifications
- Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Good driving record and valid North Carolina Driver’s License
- Preferred Education: Associates Degree.
- Required License: Must have a valid NC driver’s license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 25 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
- Prior hospital experience.
- Computer skills.
