Team Leader Responsibilities

• Elevate concerns as appropriate
• Contributes to employee performance evaluations
• Demonstrate fiduciary responsibility

• Quality improvement initiatives
• Onboarding new employees

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, or Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, or Master's degree and CCC (or CFY eligible) in Speech/Language Pathology
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in discipline
• Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice as a Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapist required
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart 'Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved is required

Education

• Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Master's degree and CCC (or CFY eligible) in Speech/Language Pathology
