Team Leader (Homelink)

Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. GCBHS has an immediate opening for a Team Leader to supervise a Case Management team serving adults experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.

About the role

This position supervises one of our Homelink teams, working with a very interesting and challenging client population.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
• Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
• Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services with Clinical Manager/Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health or Human Services (related degree preferred).
• At least three years of experience working with persons with severe mental health impairment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
