What You Will Be Doing
Manage a team of 10-15 people. Plan and execute events from one person to 9,000 people at any given time. Innovate new ways to budget effectively. Continuously research up-create unique experiences working with vendors and venues. Orchestrate planning, designing, budgeting, and execution of internal and external events. Digest new ideas and strategize on the execution of an event. Connect with teams to discuss new events and distribute planning material accordingly. Continuously review updates on existing events. Work with Marketing on event promotion and approve final design. Delegate and maintain organization within every lane of the events team. Inspire and motivate your team to be the best at creating and maintaining a fub culture. Delegate event conceptualization, planning process, scope document creation, timelines, marketing material, and execution. Delegate, document and review playbooks, budget reports, recaps, monthly calendars, and related event planning tasks.
What We Need From You
- Advanced knowledge and experience in maintaining Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 7 Years of Related Experience in events and leading a team of 10 or more
- Critical Thinking/Project Management Skills
- Time management and organizational skillset
- Able to withstand high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt to any type of situation or event that may arise
- Able to have a positive outlook and a friendly upbeat attitude!
- A highly communicative skillset with your fellow peers
