Team Leader - Digital Asset Management
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have content about role description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay range, schedule? There's schedule: "Time Type Full time". That's schedule info. Also location info maybe not needed. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the job description.
Key sections:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about Kimberly-Clark, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" heading.
- Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (core responsibilities bullet points). Use - .
- Requirements/Qualifications: The "To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:" then "Required Qualifications" bullet list. Could be under Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not explicit separate; but we could combine with qualifications. However we need to decide if we have a Skills section. The posting mentions skills like communication, coordination, detail-oriented, etc. Could be under Skills.
- Benefits: The "Total Benefits" section with bullet list? It says "Here are just a few of the benefits you’d enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark." Then "Flex That Works at Kimberly-Clark" describing flexible work model. Not a list but prose. Could still be Benefits section with
.
- Pay: Salary range given: "Salary Range: 96,100 – 118,700 USD". Also mention bonus, 401(k), profit sharing. So Pay section.
- Schedule: "Time Type Full time". Also maybe "Flexible work model". So schedule info.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Schedule
Full‑time position with a flexible work model that blends remote and in‑person collaboration.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We removed those.
Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't.
Check that we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Make sure we used for each section heading exactly as specified: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We used "Qualifications" and also "Skills". We didn't use "Requirements" separately; we could combine qualifications under Requirements? The instruction says use headings for those categories if they have real content. We have qualifications content; we could put under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Since both are similar, we need to decide. The posting has "Required Qualifications". So we can use "Qualifications". We could also add a "Requirements" section but that would be duplicate. Better to have one. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have Qualifications only. We'll omit Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial "About You" paragraph maybe could be part of About the role. We included that.
We included the "About You" paragraph? Actually we included the introductory paragraph about Kimberly-Clark and mission. The "About You" paragraph: "In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center." That's also substantive. We missed that. We should include it maybe in About the role or a separate section? Could add to About the role after the intro.
Let's add that sentence to About the role paragraph.
Also we missed the line: "Job responsibilities include:" but we already covered responsibilities.
We missed the line: "Led by Purpose. Driven by You." That's a tagline; could be included in About the role.
We missed the line: "Total Benefits We believe that our employees are our greatest asset..." we captured benefits.
We missed the line: "Flex That Works at Kimberly-Clark" we captured.
We missed the line: "To Be Considered Click the Apply button..." that's application instruction, remove.
We missed the line: "For Kimberly-Clark to grow and prosper..." that's EEO boilerplate, remove.
We missed the line: "The statements above are intended to describe the general nature..." remove.
We missed the line: "Employment is subject to verification of local policies." remove.
We missed the line: "Employment is subject to verification of pre-screening tests..." remove.
We missed the line: "Veterans and members of the Reserve and Guard are highly encouraged to apply." remove.
We missed the line: "This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only." remove.
We missed the line: "Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role." remove.
We missed the line: "Grade 10, grade level and / or compensation may vary based on location/country" maybe part of Pay? Could mention that pay may vary based on location. Already we said actual pay depends on location.
We missed the line: "Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan." we included.
We missed the line: "The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire." we included.
We missed the line: "Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only." we included.
We missed the line: "Primary Location Chicago Commercial Center Additional Locations" maybe location info not required but could be included in About the role? It's substantive but not a heading. Could add a paragraph about location. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include location info. Where to put? Could add a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section? There
