Liaison and Training

Acts as a liaison between employees and supervisor for job assignments.
Conducts quality, EHS and production related training or retraining of employees.

Inspections and Work Orders

Conducts hourly inspections on OAE sheets and production boards within their area.
Generates work orders for maintenance.

Maintenance and Operations Support

Assists in machine setup.
Assists with quick changeover.
Performs audits for safety and production.
Fills in for operators.

Authority and Compliance

May be given certain authority within job scope by Supervisor or Manager.
All employees have the authority to initiate action to prevent a violation of the Federal-Mogul Integrity Policy.
Employees must abide by the plant’s safety policy, comply with legal and other requirements, and work toward achieving objectives and targets, conforming to the ISO 14001 standard.

Reporting and Safety

An employee should report, and if necessary stop, any activity that does not conform to the policy or may injure themselves.

Support and Resources

Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor.
