Main Purpose of Job
The Team Lead is responsible for assisting and supporting Supervisor Operations 1 in directing, training and monitoring the machine operators on assigned shift to meet or exceed the manufacturing and quality standards of the company which includes secondary operation or assembly of finished devices as part of a team or as the lead of a team.
Main Job Responsibilities

- Clean assigned workstations.
- Maintain compliance with the company’s quality system, GMP, SOP, and KOP requirements and all safety policies.
- Meet all company documentation requirements.
- Requisition parts from materials via pick list generated in IQ.
- Request set-up as required from productions.
- Inspect components prior to molding or assembly to verify that product is acceptable prior to performing any additional operations.
- Set up work area.
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Obtain any additional required or supplemental documentation.
- Submit product to QA for FA inspection.
- Perform all molding and assembly tasks at or below time standards on BOM.
- Keep all scrap at or below standards.
- Complete PWO’s, count parts either by hand or weigh count, generate labels, and move parts to outside packaging.
- Complete Close/Out Line Clearance form and submit to supervisor along with scrap reports and requests to return to stock.
- Communicate any opportunities for improvement to supervisor.
- Be able to use IQ, Real Time, Inventory, and print PWO.
- Aids in the selection and evaluation of temporary employees to perform as Machine Operators or Assemblers.
- Performs training as a packer to use the Scanner system.
Requirements
- Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Must be 18 years of age. No experience necessary.
Skills/Competencies
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to do repetitive work.
- Ability to read, understand and follow specification sheets.
- Basic mathematical skills to understand variation.
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
Physical Requirements
- Light work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
- Excellent vision & hand-eye coordination.
- Extended periods of bending, lifting, standing, and sitting.
- Significant use of hands.

Compensation
COMPENSATION: RATES STARTING AT $22.50-$26.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule
WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm)
