Team Leader

About the role

RiseWell Community Services is looking to hire a Full-Time Team-Leader to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. In this role, the Team Leader will supervise their ACT team while providing direct services on a multi-disciplinary team. Our leaders serve as an essential component of this impactful, clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACT teams
• Provide direct services on a multi-disciplinary team
• Lead and motivate team members
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with clients and families

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher with a license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred), OR licensure/registration as a registered nurse (RNs are encouraged to be master's level or nurse practitioner), or a physician.
• A valid and clean NY State driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
