Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Provides supervision during assigned shifts.
- Manages both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs.
- Maintains a positive guest experience by monitoring speed of service.
- Handles guest comments and complaints.
- Serves as a point of contact for team members, food suppliers, and guests, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Trains team members on company procedures and processes.
- Encourages adherence to uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
- Opens and closes the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
