Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Provides supervision during assigned shifts.
• Manages both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs.
• Maintains a positive guest experience by monitoring speed of service.
• Handles guest comments and complaints.
• Serves as a point of contact for team members, food suppliers, and guests, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Trains team members on company procedures and processes.
• Encourages adherence to uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Opens and closes the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
