Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product;
• Research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues;
• Select, pull, sort, and stack products using power equipment or by hand;
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders;
• Cookout and coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).

Requirements

• 18+ years of age;
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift;
• Supervisory experience;
• Basic computer skills.
