Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product;
• Research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues;
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand;
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders;
• Cookout labor coordination (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age;
• A High School Diploma or GED;
• One year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift;
• Supervisory experience;
• Basic computer skills;
• The ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour;
• Schedule: 3rd shift; Tuesday-Friday, 9:00pm start time;
