The Team Leader supports the Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals by delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing merchandising activities
• Opening/closing procedures
• Handling deposits
• Managing store conditions
• Resolving customer issues
• Operating cash registers
• Maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience
• Supervisory skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to read, write, and count
