Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader supports store leadership by delivering Legendary Service, coaching team members, and managing sales-floor presentation areas. They own key areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support, ensuring maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support store recovery routines
• Operate equipment including cash registers and forklifts
• Use coaching routines to develop team members, reinforce selling behaviors, and uphold safety and operating standards

Requirements

• Retail or related experience
• Supervisory skills preferred
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
