Primary Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team
- Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture
- Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs
- Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
- Drive sales through merchandising, availability, and service
- Manage inventory, expenses, and store performance
- Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain a welcoming, customer-first environment
- Promote a safe, secure environment for employees and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ years of age
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing, bending and reaching
- A moderate amount of manual dexterity
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varied environments, including outdoor areas during hot summer conditions and cold indoor spaces like walk-in freezers
Employee Incentives
- Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
- Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel
- Employees that have been with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel
- MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
