Description
The Team Leader assists the General Manager in operational and financial aspects of the restaurant. Duties include supervising food preparation, cooking, and serving, assisting with scheduling and inventory management, processing payroll, ensuring guest service, overseeing safety and sanitation, managing cash transactions, and providing floor supervision and coaching.
- Supervise preparation, cooking, and serving of food with utmost concern for food quality.
- Aid in weekly work schedules and crew organization.
- Order inventory and supplies, and verify deliveries for accuracy; process invoices for payment.
- Complete weekly team member payroll sheets.
- Ensure delivery of the highest levels of guest service and resolve all guest complaints.
- Oversee store safety and implement proper sanitation practices.
- Ensure proper cash handling and report all monies to the corporate office.
- Provide on-the-floor supervision to oversee line production and guest service.
- Coach, train, motivate, evaluate crew members as necessary.
- Oversee the completion and accuracy of store reporting.
- Coach, train, and motivate crew members to develop skills.

Requirements
- Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
