Team Leader

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members
• Ensure best practices are being followed throughout the facility
• Conduct regular safety talks
• Report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act on recommendations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Work directly with the sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status

Experience You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of industry related experience
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
