Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and safety standards.
- Resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary actions within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in managing a team of drivers.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and industry best practices.
