Team Leader

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated person to join our KFC family as a Manager Trainee. In this role, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of running a restaurant, from leading a team to making sure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping run day-to-day operations
• Creating a welcoming, positive vibe for our guests
• Supporting your team and leading by example
• Pitching in at the register or in the kitchen when needed

Requirements

• Great communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (including nights/weekends)
• Food service experience is a bonus
• Serve Safe certification required (or willing to get it)
