Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Provide suggestions to the General Manager to improve overall operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service and food and beverage preparation, with at least one year of Fast Casual Restaurant Experience.
• Able to perform basic math and operate the Mobilebytes POS system.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and email usage.
• Able to stand for long periods, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20-25 pounds.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented, professional leadership style.
