Team Leader

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a Team Leader to support their retail store operations. The position focuses on great customer service and aligns with the organization's core values of respect, excellence, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aids in directing and demonstrating job duties to Production Clerks.
• Displays excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers, offering assistance.
• Sorts and stocks materials in stores as needed.
• Operates cash registers and performs other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills, ability to make change, and timely completion of paperwork.
• Maintains reliability for transportation to and from work.
• Physical demands include sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, frequent repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Rotates between evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is not required.

Pay

$13.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
