Team Leader

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a Team Leader to join their retail store team. This position supports the store's success by embodying the organization's core values of respect, excellence, and integrity, focusing on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assists in directing and demonstrating job duties to Production Clerks.
• Displays excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers, offering assistance.
• Sorts and stocks materials in stores as needed.
• Operates cash registers and performs other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Basic math skills, ability to make change, and timely completion of paperwork.
• Maintains reliability for transportation to and from work.
• Physical demands include sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, frequent repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Rotates between evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• No travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location.

Pay

$13.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
