About the Role
The Tailored Branch Support team is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of approximately 20 associates supporting branch teams and clients through various inquiries. This role requires leading and developing a team, aligning efforts with department and division priorities, and managing client and branch escalations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team by setting goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability
- Arrange for the attraction, development, and retention of talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and partnership with HR and Recruiting
- Align team efforts to department and division priorities by managing projects, initiatives, and change effectively
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advocating for branch teams and enhancing the client experience
- Manage client and branch escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
- Operate with sound business judgment in a risk-sensitive environment, anticipating issues and implementing solutions
- Support and deliver department and firm initiatives, including transformation efforts, process improvements, and talent development strategies that enhance branch support operations and client experience
Requirements
- Current Series 7 license (SIE and Series 7 Top Off)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years' management experience in financial services industry or 2+ years financial services experience along with 3+ years of non-industry specific leadership experience or successful completion of Leadership Development course required
