The Role
BEST is continuing to grow and evolve, so we are now looking for two highly organized Support Workers to join our Slacks Creek Team Leader role!
Your Duties
- Manage the Daily Briefing and assign Member to Mentor allocations
- Complete quarterly reports
- Appropriately manage up-lining
- Update member profiles for those who have recently enrolled
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks such as printing, laminating, and binding
- Ensure programs start and finish on time according to the new timetable
- Provide support to Mentors and clarify BEST processes and systems such as Daily Recap writing, incident reporting, etc.

- Have a keen attention to detail: Notice and correct typos and inaccuracies
