Responsibilities
- Ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and guests are satisfied
- Master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs
- Maintain a positive work culture
- Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues
- Training new Team Members
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintaining food and labor costs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant, fast food, or retail experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset
- Must be over 18 years old
Availability
- Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week-to-week based on business needs
