About the role

The Team Leader at Towne Park is responsible for overseeing operations at a property with up to nine GSAs, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. This role involves coordinating and administering tasks, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures consistent guest/patient service experience on all shifts.
  • Allocates labor resources efficiently and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
  • Maintains accuracy and composure during stressful situations.
  • Participates in "The Show" and provides "Aggressive Hospitality."
  • Checks in guests and explains parking procedures.
  • Runs efficiently to park and retrieve vehicles.
  • Conducts room presentations and assists with deliveries.
  • Hires and retains talented associates, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Trains new associates and provides feedback and coaching.
  • Builds relationships with clients' staff and manages client expectations.
  • Schedules, tracks, and reconciles revenue.
  • Improves operational procedures and enhances efficiency.

Requirements

  • One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen clearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various technology applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the company effectively in various settings.
  • Positive work ethic, drive, energy, and persistence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of GSA procedures.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Effective planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain stability, dependability, and professionalism.
